While many companies might claim that their approach is thorough, we can attest to the comprehensive nature of the screenings that candidates undergo.  After all, our company is staffed by PhD’s and MSc’s with considerable expertise in regulatory, pharmacovigilance, quality and clinical sectors.  When we are screening candidates, we first carry out an in depth technical interview to better understand the candidate’s abilities and the work that they have previously carried out.  We find that our vast experience, gained over many years on thousands of projects, enables us to thoroughly screen each candidate to ascertain their suitability.  We then conduct a comprehensive HR interview to assess career plans, experience and company fit.  At this stage we can carry out psychometric tests if requested by the client.  Only then, following a comprehensive technical and HR screening do we submit the details of the candidate to the client company.  In doing so, we maintain a high success rate in identifying and placing candidates with clients.
