What is a Medical Device under MDR?

How Unique Device Identifiers Work

The Unique Device Identifiers system under Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR) and Regulation (EU) 2017/746 IVDR incorporates new requirements for all participants of the supply chain, the objective of which is to improve patient safety through better traceability and transparency.
